Refund Policy

Pay-as-you-go ($3 per pattern)

Each $3 pay-as-you-go pattern is delivered as a digital good at the moment of generation. Because the pattern is created on demand and consumes API resources immediately, pay-as-you-go purchases are non-refundable, with two exceptions:

• If the pattern fails our 17-point validator and the system returned an error rather than a usable pattern, contact support for a free regeneration.
• If a pattern is delivered but is clearly nonsense or unsafe, contact us within 7 days for a regeneration or refund at our discretion.

Standard ($15/month) and Pro ($30/month)

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription charge and have generated 5 or fewer patterns in that period, contact us within those 7 days for a full refund.

Free tier

The free tier (1 pattern + 1 image upload) is, of course, free. Nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email support via the address in the footer with your account email and the pattern ID. We respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks issued without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
